At Bond Permanent Jewellery Co, we take pride in providing high-quality, custom-fitted permanent jewellery designed to last. Because each piece is applied and fitted directly to you, our services and products are considered final sale.

1. Permanent Jewellery Services

Once a piece has been custom-fitted, welded, or applied, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or returns. This is due to the personalised and permanent nature of the service — once it’s attached, it cannot be resold or reused.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. If you experience an issue with the fit, closure, or quality of your jewellery within 7 days of your appointment, please contact us at hello@bondpermanentjewellery.co.uk, and we’ll gladly assess and repair it free of charge.

2. Repairs & Rewelds

We understand that life happens. If your permanent jewellery breaks or needs rewelding:

  • Within 30 days of your appointment — we’ll fix it free of charge.

  • After 30 days — a small service fee will apply to cover materials and time.

  • If your chain is lost, a replacement cost will apply.

3. Gift Cards

All gift card purchases are final sale and non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value your time — and ours!

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your appointment may be eligible for a refund of your deposit or may be rescheduled.

  • No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the deposit, as time has been reserved specifically for you.

5. Allergic Reactions

We use high-quality metals such as 14k gold and sterling silver, designed for long-term wear. However, Bond Permanent Jewellery Co is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur after application. Please discuss any known allergies with your artist before your appointment.

6. Faulty or Defective Products (Before Application)

If you receive a defective chain or charm prior to application, we will gladly replace or refund the item before it’s fitted.

Private Booking Terms & Conditions

Minimum Spend
A minimum total spend of £200 is required per private booking. This can be met by the host paying or by guests paying individually on the day.

Deposit & Payment
£50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date. The deposit is deducted from your final balance. Remaining balance to be settled on the day.

Travel & Location
Travel within 10 miles of Chelmsford is included. Additional mileage is charged at £0.60 per mile round trip.

Guest Numbers
No minimum number of guests — only the minimum spend applies. Host is responsible for ensuring the group meets the £200 spend if guests under-purchase.

Cancellations & Date Changes
Deposits are non-refundable. One date change is permitted with 14+ days’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations within 7 days of the event require full minimum spend payment.

Suitability & Consent
Guests must be 16+ or have a parent/guardian present to provide consent. We reserve the right to decline service if a guest is unsuitable for welding (medical/mobility/skin concerns) at our discretion.
